EA Sports used historical home win percentages to come up with the rankings. Texas A&M is 10-4 at Kyle Field in the last two seasons with losses to Appalachian State, Ole Miss, Florida and Alabama. In the same time span, which encompasses Marcus Freeman’s time as the program’s head coach, Notre Dame is 9-3 at home with losses to Marshall, Stanford and Ohio State.
The Fighting Irish do no make appearances at any of the other venues in EA Sports top 25 rankings in 2024. The only other true road games on the Notre Dame schedule are at Purdue and at USC. The Irish have neutral site games against Georgia Tech at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, against Navy at Metlife Stadium in East Rutherford, N.J. and against Army at Yankee Stadium in The Bronx, N.Y.
In 2025, the Irish’s only trip to one of the venues in EA Sports’ rankings is none to Arkansas.
