Notre Dame vs. North Carolina snap counts, participation chart
Notre Dame deployed its fewest players on offense this year in the game that featured its most plays. Yet the Irish still set a season-high with 58 players used in a 45-32 win over North Carolina.
All told, the Irish used 19 players on offense, 25 on defense, four specialists and 10 others who appeared only on special teams.
Notre Dame’s offense was on the field for 87 plays, including those nullified due to penalty. Its defense logged 67 plays, including penalties.
