Notre Dame in the NFL: Jeremiah Owusu-Koramoah does it all for Browns
Former Notre Dame linebacker Jeremiah Owusu-Koramoah‘s Cleveland Browns fell to 1-4 with a 34-13 loss to the Washington Commanders. But it wasn’t for Owusu-Koramoah’s lack of trying.
The former Irish star totaled 4 quarterback pressures, 5 defensive stops (tackles that result in a failure for the offense), 2 tackles for loss, a forced fumble and a diving interception near the goal line in Week 5.
So far this season, Owusu-Koramoah is on pace for a career high in pressures (he has 9 so far; the mark is 18) and close to it in stops (17; 61). His passer rating when targeted of 72.9 is also a career best for the man who revolutionized the rover position at Notre Dame.
Here’s how every other former Notre Dame player in the NFL did this week.
