Former Notre Dame linebacker Jeremiah Owusu-Koramoah‘s Cleveland Browns fell to 1-4 with a 34-13 loss to the Washington Commanders. But it wasn’t for Owusu-Koramoah’s lack of trying.

The former Irish star totaled 4 quarterback pressures, 5 defensive stops (tackles that result in a failure for the offense), 2 tackles for loss, a forced fumble and a diving interception near the goal line in Week 5.

So far this season, Owusu-Koramoah is on pace for a career high in pressures (he has 9 so far; the mark is 18) and close to it in stops (17; 61). His passer rating when targeted of 72.9 is also a career best for the man who revolutionized the rover position at Notre Dame.

Here’s how every other former Notre Dame player in the NFL did this week.

Joe Alt (played at Notre Dame from 2021-23), OL, Los Angeles Chargers

Result: BYE

Brandon Aubrey (2013-16), K, Dallas Cowboys

Result: 20-17 win over Steelers

Kyle Hamilton (2019-2021), S, Baltimore Ravens

Result: 41-38 OT win over Bengals

Hamilton, much like his former Notre Dame teammate Owusu-Koramoah did a little bit of everything. He made 4 tackles, including 3 defensive stops (tackles that constitute failures for the offense). He allowed only 1 catch on 3 targets for 3 yards. And he picked up 2 pressures in 5 pass-rush snaps, including this sack.
