Not your father’s Navy team: Notre Dame vs. Midshipmen Storylines

When No. 12 Notre Dame and No. 24 Navy meet Saturday at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey, the Midshipmen will enter the game 6-0 for the first time since 1979 and looking for their first win in this series since 2016. It’s only the second time that these two rivals have met as ranked opponents since 1978.
