Notre Dame releases depth chart for Week 12 vs. Wake Forest

Notre Dame released its depth chart for Week 12 vs. Wake Forest, its penultimate game of the season. The Irish did not make any changes over the Week 11 bye.

Quarterback

  1. Sam Hartman (Gr.)
  2. Steve Angeli (So.)

Hartman will face his former team for the first and only time. He transferred to Notre Dame as a graduate student after five years with the Demon Deacons.

Running back

  1. Audric Estimé (Jr.)
  2. Gi’Bran Payne (So.) OR
  3. Jadarian Price (So.) OR
  4. Devyn Ford (Gr.) OR
  5. Jeremiyah Love (Fr.)

Payne got the most non-Estimé snaps (10) at running back in the Notre Dame loss to Clemson, followed by Price and Love (tied with 7).

Wide receiver

  1. Jayden Thomas (Jr.)
  2. Jaden Greathouse (Fr.)

Thomas did not play against Clemson, almost certainly due to his lingering hamstring injury.

UPDATE: In the wake of junior guard Rocco Spindler‘s season-ending knee injury, Notre Dame released an updated depth chart with Schrauth starting at right guard.
