Following a pivotal road win over Texas A&M, Notre Dame released its depth chart for its home opener against Northern Illinois.

There are two changes on the depth chart, both relating to an injury suffered against the Aggies. Here’s how Notre Dame will line up against the Huskies.

Quarterback

  1. Riley Leonard (Sr.)
  2. Steve Angeli (Jr.)

Running back

  1. Jeremiyah Love (So.) OR
  2. Jadarian Price (Jr.)
  3. Aneyas Williams (Fr.)
  4. Devyn Ford (Gr.)

Ford played on most passing downs against Texas A&M, while Williams did not. Notre Dame running backs coach Deland McCullough indicated in fall camp that he’d have a hard time trusting freshman running backs in pass protection against the Aggies, but Williams could fill that role later this season.

Wide receiver (boundary)

  1. Beaux Collins (Sr.) OR
  2. Jayden Thomas (Sr.)

Wide receiver (field)

  1. Kris Mitchell (Gr.)
  2. KK Smith (So.)

Sophomore Jordan Faison suffered an ankle injury against Texas A&M, and he missed the second half. Notre Dame took him off the depth chart and replaced him with Smith.
