Cole Certa, a three-star prospect (per On3’s Industry ranking) known as a standout 3-point shooter, chose Notre Dame over in-state schools Illinois and Northwestern. He believes he has a plan to enter South Bend a little over a year from now as a stronger, more seasoned and better basketball player.
