Ben Christman on crazy summer ahead, recruiting country's top class

Ohio State football recruiting can be a wild ride full of twists and turns as recruits from all over the country maneuver their way to signing day. Lettermen Row is here to help navigate the tumultuous roads by getting to the heart of the matter with the young football players and Ohio State coaches and staff members themselves. This week’s guest is Ohio State 2021 offensive tackle commitment Ben Christman.
For much of the last year, Ohio State commitment Ben Christman has seen his national ranking slowly dip while his value and importance as a founding member of the Buckeyes 2021 class has steadily increased.
It shouldn’t be hard to figure out which of those things is most important to the country’s No. 15-ranked offensive tackle, who committed to Ohio State last June. Since that time, the 6-foot-6, 300-pound lineman has worked tirelessly to help the Buckeyes recruit what he hopes will finish as the nation’s best overall recruiting class.

Ohio State isn’t done in this class though and Christman has a handful of his peers that remain at the very top of his personal wishlist. How does he approach that? What kind of role do the Buckeyes coaches play in guiding his efforts?
