Like most kids around the country, the summer has been a bit unusual for Evan Pryor.

The Buckeyes commit is three weeks away from the start of his senior year of high school and has no real idea if he’ll be heading back to William A. Hough outside of Charlotte (N.C.) or if his future includes a big move across the country.

All he knows is that he’s ready to compete for a running back spot at Ohio State in January, what happens from now until then is pretty much up in the air.

Pryor, the country’s No. 2-ranked all-purpose running back, also knows that he’s not a secondary option for Ohio State or any of the other schools trying to recruit him.
