Ohio State: Buckeyes adding flexible ticket plans for first time
COLUMBUS — A different menu of tickets will be available to watch what Ryan Day cooks up in his first season at Ohio State.
For the first time, the school unveiled flexible ticket plans in addition to the standard full-season package, providing options beyond simply trying to get single-game passes to watch the Buckeyes. The program has obviously had little trouble continuing to attract enormous crowds into the Horseshoe and surely won’t as Day makes his full-time debut. But Ohio State is responding to changes in the marketplace and working to provide access to fans with various levels of financial and schedule commitments.
“We understand this new ticket marketplace and that fans want options,†Ohio State deputy director of athletics Diana Sabau said in a school release. “We have inventory and we want to respond to the needs of Buckeye Nation.
