'He's been a pro': Center Seth McLaughlin already proving to be great transfer addition
COLUMBUS — Ohio State made a few different splashy, headline-grabbing moves in the transfer portal this offseason. Will Howard is now the starting quarterback after picking the Buckeyes out of the portal. Quinshon Judkins was a huge addition to the Buckeyes backfield. Caleb Downs looks like one of the best defensive players in the country from his spot at safety. Maybe the biggest transfer addition was the least splashy of them all. It might be the roster move that has propelled the Buckeyes forward the most through two games. That, of course, being the addition of center Seth McLaughlin, who came over after starting at center for two seasons at Alabama.
