COLUMBUS — Another impressive Pro Day is in the books for Ohio State.

The Buckeyes welcomed scouts, head coaches and even some general managers into the Woody Hayes Athletic Center for their annual Pro Day, a chance to show off the newest pro-bound players from the Ohio State program.

A total of 10 Buckeyes worked out at Pro Day: Wide receivers Garrett Wilson, Chris Olave and Chris Booker; defensive linemen Antwuan Jackson, Tyreke Smith and Haskell Garrett; offensive linemen Nicholas Petit Frere and Thayer Munford; running back Master Teague III and cornerback Demario McCall. Tight end Jeremy Ruckert sat out due to injury but was still there for the festivities.

Of course, the on-field showing was the most important aspect of it all. And the Buckeyes put up some incredible numbers during the two-hour workouts, again giving the NFL a glimpse of why Ohio State plasters “Developed Here” all over the football facility.

“The NFL is going to have some really good Buckeyes coming in next year,” Ohio State coach Ryan Day said. “I thought everybody did a great job today. But that’s a big part of the process. And I think that the feedback that we’re getting from a lot of the scouts and the coaches and the GMs is just how well-rounded they are. How well they’re doing in interviews, the type of people that they’re getting. That’s part of that the guys who are in the NFL now, kind of the blueprint that they’ve set moving forward. I think our guys all understand that.”
