Lessons Learned from Ryan Day's off week press conference

COLUMBUS — Ohio State doesn't need a week off. That the Buckeyes have one after playing just two games is nothing but an odd schedule quirk. So instead of taking a deep breath, relaxing and treating this idle week like, well, an idle week, the Buckeyes are going to make the most of this time by simply working hard and getting better. That's what the staff wants. It's what the players want. Program wide, it's not an off week. It's an 'Improvement Week.'
