C.J. Stroud named top draft-eligible quarterback through four weeks
C.J. Stroud is dominating college football with incredible numbers at Ohio State so far this fall. He is the Heisman Trophy favorite and is leading the Buckeyes toward a potential national title.
And he’s the top quarterback on the premier NFL Draft analyst’s board through four games. ESPN NFL Draft expert Mel Kiper Jr. named Stroud as his early-season top quarterback in college football, an indication that the Buckeyes signal-caller has a good chance to be the No. 1 pick in the NFL Draft next spring.
Stroud topped Kentucky’s Will Levis, Alabama’s Bryce Young, Florida’s Anthony Richardson and Miami’s Tyler Van Dyke as the top quarterback on the list for Kiper’s early-season draft board.
He might just dominate college football before he gets to the NFL, too.
