Practice Report: Buckeyes getting healthier on offense as Big Ten play nears
COLUMBUS — Ohio State is coming off two home wins to begin the regular season.
But now the Buckeyes must put those first two game in the rearview mirror and shift focus to the final test of the nonconference slate — before Big Ten play starts next weekend.
Ohio State will face Toledo on Saturday under the lights in the Horseshoe, a team that should give the Buckeyes a chance to work out some of the kinks that popped up on both sides of the ball in the wins over Notre Dame and Arkansas State.
Lettermen Row was inside the Woody Hayes Athletic Center after the Ryan Day press conference Tuesday — and they have plenty of takeaways after hearing from Day, defensive coordinator Jim Knowles and quarterback C.J. Stroud.
Spencer Holbrook and Tim May are breaking down how the Buckeyes are turning their focus to Arkansas State in the latest Practice Report. Every Tuesday following the Day press conference, Tim and Spencer will chat about what they saw Saturday night and look ahead to what to expect from Ohio State on Saturday.
