COLUMBUS — Ohio State is beginning to buckle down inside the Woody Hayes Athletic Center and prepare for the regular season.

Buckeyes coach Ryan Day and defensive coordinator Jim Knowles met with the media for a press conference Monday morning after the latest training camp session.

And Lettermen Row’s Spencer Holbrook and Tim May are back with a Practice Report to break down everything we learned from the leaders of the Buckeyes offensive and defensive units.

What did Day say about the preparations for the top-five season-opening showdown against Notre Dame? How is the new-look defense progressing this training camp? What is the offense doing to become the best unit in the country for the second-straight year? The Lettermen Row guys break it all down.

Don’t miss the Practice Report with Spencer and Tim as they try to squeeze in so many different topics to discuss after hearing from the Buckeyes head coach — and the head coach of the defense.
