Buckeyes receiver commit impresses at Overtime OT7 camp
Ohio State wide receiver commit Bryson Rodgers is gaining steam on the recruiting trail.
The 6-foot-1 receiver put his skillset on full display over the weekend at the Overtime OT7 camp in Las Vegas. On3 was at the event, and Charles Power, the network’s Director of Scouting and Rankings, had this to say about Rodgers performance.
Ohio State commit Bryson Rodgers was among the better receivers on hand at OT7, showcasing his technicality as a route-runner in addition to picking up yards after the catch. Rodgers was the top receiver for a 24K team that was one of the better squads throughout the weekend. The Florida native got open deep for a game-winning touchdown on Sunday and showed a refined skill set over the course of the weekend, manifesting in several touchdowns.

Ohio State continues to get the best receivers in the country to come to play for Brian Hartline. That was obvious over the weekend. Bryson Rodgers is next in line.
ICYMI: Buckeyes announce release date for ticket packages, single games
The athletic department announced Thursday that dates are set for the release of certain ticketing packages and single-game ticket sales. Most of the ticket-buying process will be complete at the end of June.
Ohio State is introducing build-your-own mini-plans for the season, featuring a three-game option with a price starting at $166 per ticket. Those options will begin on June 14 at 10 a.m.
Single-game ticket sales for the general public will begin June 24 — while the Ohio State Alumni Association members will be able to begin the presale process on June 21, three days before the general public will have a chance to get tickets to Buckeyes games.
Single-game tickets will start as low as $42 and will vary across price zones and opponents.
The Buckeyes have a loaded slate of home games this fall. They’ll host Notre Dame, Arkansas State, Toledo, Iowa, Wisconsin, Indiana, Rutgers and Michigan. They only have four road games this season, all of which will come in October and November during the Big Ten schedule.

Montgomery, from the class of 2025, will take a southern road trip with his dad from June 16-20. He’ll visit Virginia, North Carolina, Clemson, Georgia and Tennessee during that week, just days after playing in a 7-on-7 tournament at Ohio State.
Montgomery is making sure to check out every school he can. There’s no reason to limit his options right now, especially given how young he is.
Of course, Ryan Montgomery’s brother Luke is helping recruit a special 2023 class in that cycle for Ohio State. He is already locked into a Buckeyes pledge, and he’s trying to push Ryan to make the same decision early in the process.
