Buckeyes officially set date for annual spring game
COLUMBUS — Ohio State just finished its season less than a month ago.
But the college football calendar never stops, and spring practice is right around the corner.
The Buckeyes have set the date for the annual spring game, which will take place April 15 inside the Horseshoe. The game will kick off at Noon.
Tickets will go on sale Feb. 10 for fans. It’ll be the first time the Buckeyes will return to Ohio Stadium since the upset loss to Michigan on Nov. 26.
Ryan Day will lead the Buckeyes for the fifth season after an interesting year — one in which they lost to Michigan but still made the College Football Playoff and nearly knocked off Georgia in the CFP semifinal.
Ohio State has plenty of intrigue as it heads into spring practice, starting with the upcoming quarterback battle between third-year signal caller Kyle McCord and second-year playmaker Devin Brown.
