What Buckeyes proved against Penn State, projecting first CFP rankings
COLUMBUS — It may not have been a top-10 showdown. It may not have been a blowout win like many expected. But Ohio State welcomed Penn State into The Horseshoe, and the Buckeyes got the job done.
The offense sputtered in the red zone, but the defense stepped up to the task of defending an effective Penn State offense. In the end, the Buckeyes pulled away with a 33-24 win on Saturday night.
