Five-star target, Buckeyes commits highlight packed visitors list for Wisconsin showdown
COLUMBUS — Ohio State enters the weekend with a critical visitor on his way.
Five-star Berkeley Prep (Tampa, Florida) EDGE Keon Keeley will make the two-hour-and-change flight to Columbus this weekend for the Buckeyes conference opener against Wisconsin.
This will be the second visit Keeley will make to Ohio State this month alone and as such, it’s much more significant than his first. Keeley is the nation’s undisputed top-ranked edge rusher and would be a great fit for the Ohio State defense.
Keeley got to see the Buckeyes new-look defense up close and personal during his official visit during opening weekend. Now, he gets to see current Ohio State players comfortably play in defensive coordinator Jim Knowles’ system.
Lettermen Row staffers Spencer Holbrook and Matt Parker talk at length about Keeley’s visit in the latest episode of the Lettermen Lounge.
The duo goes in-depth about how Ohio State has the opportunity to take the lead in Keeley’s recruitment, even knowing that Alabama appears to be the favorite.
Keeley visited Tuscaloosa in the summer and was impressed by the visit. He will also take an official visit for the Crimson Tide’s game against Texas A&M in early October. Keeley also visited Florida in September, but it appears this is yet another recruiting battle between Ohio State and Alabama.

The show wasn’t just all Keon Keeley, however. On3 released its newest On300 earlier in the week, and Spencer and Matt break down the Ohio State commits who rose or fell in the latest evaluations. Four-star Findlay (Ohio) offensive lineman Luke Montgomery is knocking on the door for his fifth star, and wide receivers dropped again.
A name to watch as the evaluations continue is four-star Ohio State quarterback commit Brock Glenn. The Lausanne Collegiate School (Memphis, Tennessee) signal caller continues to improve weekly, and his ceiling rises and rises.
He’ll only improve once he joins the quarterback room in Columbus, where he’ll spend plenty of time with coach Ryan Day and quarterbacks coach Corey Dennis.
