Four in-state prospects ready for Ohio State visit
COLUMBUS — Ohio State opens up the first of 15 spring practices this morning.
Inside the Woody Hayes Athletic Center, there will be plenty of anticipation and excitement from players, coaches, staffers and anyone associated with the Buckeyes.
Especially from the select handful of visiting recruits.
It is in the middle of the school week, but there will be roughly 10 prospects visiting Ohio State for the opening practice of the spring.
Lettermen Row released a guest list for the opening practice on Monday, but we’ll start the day fresh with the four names added to the list below.

Let’s look at the four new names and their recruitment journey as of now.
Quan Rhodes-McKee
Unranked 2024 Westerville (Ohio) South linebacker Quan Rhodes-McKee will make his first visit to Ohio State today.
Rhodes-McKee had 109 total tackles in 13 games for the Wildcats last fall.
Michael Taylor
Unranked 2025 Pickerington (Ohio) North running back Michael Taylor will make another visit to Ohio State. This is his second visit to campus in his recruitment, he previously visited for the Buckeyes’ Oct. 22 game against Iowa.

Taylor is part of the Sam Williams-Dixon contingent and they aren’t the only members from the Pickerington school district heading toward Columbus.
Taylor holds an offer from Kentucky but more offers are expected soon.
Preston Bowman
Unranked 2025 Pickerington (Ohio) North wide receiver Preston Bowman returns to Ohio State for the second visit of his recruitment. The 6-foot, 190-pound wideout last visited on Sept. 17 for the Ohio State-Toledo game.
Bowman holds offers from Kentucky and Miami (Ohio).
Rocco Williams
Unranked 2026 Pickerington (Ohio) Central quarterback Rocco Williams will make his first visit to the Buckeyes’ facilities today.
The 6-foot, 185-pound signal-caller already holds offers from Marshall and Jackson State.
