Tim May Podcast: National Signing Day preview, C.J. Stroud talks about Heisman ceremony, Christmas, Christianity
COLUMBUS — The College Football Playoff semifinal game between Ohio State and Georgia inches nearer and nearer.
The transfer portal and all its madness have taken center stage.
But lost in the middle of that is the early National Signing Period for the 2023 recruiting cycle.
And that’s where Tim May comes in in the latest edition of the Tim May Podcast.
Tim is pleased to welcome Matt Parker, Lettermen Row’s recruiting analyst writer, to give his thoughts on the Buckeyes 2023 class, who are some guys in the class that Ohio State fans should be on the lookout for and then how Name Image and Likeness has changed the state of recruiting.
The conversation doesn’t stop there, however. Tim also welcomes Ohio State quarterback and two-time Heisman trophy finalist C.J. Stroud onto the show. The pair have a long conversation about Stroud’s faith that dives into the true meaning of Christmas, but of course, they also talk ball and what it’ll take for Ohio State to be successful in the College Football Playoff.
It’s all part of the massive early Peach Bowl edition of the Tim May Podcast. The discussion and the guests make this episode a must-listen from fans of both Georgia and Ohio State as the College Football Playoff semifinal nears.
