Tim May Podcast: Ohio State in Atlanta preparing for Georgia
ATLANTA — Can you feel it? Ohio State sure can.
The Buckeyes have touched down into the Peach State and the final days of preparation for Georgia in the Chick-Fil-A Peach Bowl, part of the College Football Playoff, are already underway.
That brings us to another episode of the Tim May Podcast that features a star-studded guest list. National college football writer Bill Bender of The Sporting News joined the show and he and Tim broke down plenty about the Buckeyes’ matchup with the Bulldogs.
The duo had a heavy emphasis on how exactly Ohio State needs to be successful in the pass rush with its elite defensive ends and complex defensive schemes by mastermind defensive coordinator Jim Knowles.
Speaking of elite defensive ends, the Buckeyes very own also joined Tim on the show in J.T. Tuimoloau. The second-year edge rusher delivered an important message to the Buckeyes during the week after the Michigan beatdown but before they knew their playoff fate.
