COLUMBUS — As far as roster turnover goes, there was nowhere to go but up for Ohio State after last season. The Buckeyes returned just three rotational players in 2022-23. That was a big factor in them missing out on the NCAA Tournament for the first time in Chris Holtmann's six-year run as head coach. Ohio State's roster hasn't been gutted this time around, however, the Buckeyes still have had players declare for the NBA Draft, transfer in and out and, naturally, graduate.
