COLUMBUS — Established wide receivers coach and recruiting stalwart Brian Hartline is the new Ohio State offensive coordinator, yes. He will play a part in deciding the Buckeyes' quarterback battle, yes. But, during the first week of spring practice, Hartline said he isn't spending more time than he did before the promotion around Ohio State's signal callers.
