COLUMBUS — Ohio State sophomore linebacker C.J. Hicks says he loved to block in high school. Yes, block, even though he amassed 1,442 all-purpose yards as a senior running back and kick and punt returner at Archbishop Alter in Dayton, in addition to serving as the No. 2 linebacker in the 2022 class.
