Buckeyes open as underdog in College Football Playoff matchup against Georgia
COLUMBUS — Ohio State snagged the final spot in the College Football Playoff Sunday, clocking in at No. 4 after USC dropped out of the top six with a loss to Utah in the Pac-12 Championship.
Georgia is No. 1, Michigan is No. 2, TCU — despite its loss to Kansas State in the Big 12 Championship — is No. 3 and Ohio State is No. 4.
That means the Buckeyes are headed to the Peach Bowl in Atlanta, Georgia, against the Georgia Bulldogs, who are one of two remaining undefeated FBS teams (the other is Michigan).
Ohio State has opened as a touchdown underdog for the CFP semifinal matchup in Mercedes-Benz Stadium, according to BetMGM, which set the over/under at 60.5 points.
