COLUMBUS – Despite some mist and cooler temperatures, Ohio State took to the practice fields at the Woody Hayes Athletic Center on Friday for their second of 25 practices ahead of the 2024 season.
Ohio State has one of the top defenses in the country and it is led by a star-studded secondary. Lettermen Row’s Spencer Holbrook wrote about the Buckeyes’ impressive secondary in his defensive observations. He also made note of the Buckeyes’ defensive line depth.

The Buckeyes’ offense has no shortage of talent either. Ohio State wide array of playmakers but sill need to settle on a signal-caller. Lettermen Row’s Andy Backstrom provided the latest on Ohio State’s quarterback battle in his offensive observations.

The Buckeyes return for practice No. 3 on Saturday and then practice again Sunday before having an off day on Monday.
