Buckeyes host trio of offensive line commits at camp
Ohio State currently has the No. 4 class in the country for the 2023 recruiting cycle.
A big part of the Buckeyes impressive class showed up to camp on Tuesday.
Ohio State’s trio of four-star offensive line commits, Austin Siereveld, Luke Montgomery and Josh Padilla, were all on campus for a workout as part of the Buckeyes June camps on Tuesday. All three worked out with offensive line coach Justin Frye and got a taste of what it might be like when they sign with Ohio State and begin their careers.
Other Buckeyes commitments Ty Lockwood, a four-star tight end, and Will Smith Jr., a defensive line commit, were also on-hand Tuesday for the one-day camp.
Ohio State working to set up official visit for 2023 QB
Memphis (Tenn.) Lausanne Collegiate School quarterback Brock Glenn has been trending toward Auburn in recent weeks. And especially so after his official visit over the weekend.
But other schools have gotten involved in his recruitment since an impressive showing at the Elite 11 Regional in Nashville last month. Namely, Ohio State. The Buckeyes extended him an offer on Tuesday and are now in the process of setting up an official visit for later this month, Glenn told Cole Pinkston of AuburnLive.
Glenn is the No. 448 overall prospect in the 2023 class, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He currently ranks as the nation’s No. 23 quarterback and the No. 14 player in the state of Tennessee.
Buckeyes offer fast-rising 2025 wide receiver
Winston Watkins Jr. is one of the nation’s most talented receivers in the class of 2025.
His new offer from Brian Hartline and Ohio State is testament to that.
Watkins, a 5-foot-10, 172-pound playmaker out of Fort Myers (Fla.) IMG Academy, worked out at the Buckeyes’ one-day camp Tuesday and by the end of the day, an offer was all but certain.

Committed to Texas A&M since December, Watkins has still been visiting schools around the country with a long road to go in his recruiting process. Watkins, the cousin of former Clemson standout Sammy Watkins, camped with the Tigers just last week.
He already visited the Buckeyes back in April and Power 5 offers have been piling on over the last couple of months. Offers include Texas A&M, Florida State, Florida, Georgia Tech, South Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia and Texas in addition to Ohio State.
