OU baseball exits opening weekend with a pair of run-rule victories and a sweep of Lehigh, finishing off the Mountain Hawks with a 12-1 route on Saturday.

Lehigh led 1-0 after the top of the first before Oklahoma rallied for three runs, then two runs in the second and three more in the third.

Junior two-way player Gavyn Jones made his Oklahoma debut in the sixth taking over for Malachi Witherspoon. He faced the minimum, then hit for himself in the bottom half and laced a two-run single into left, extending the lead to 11-1.

Freshman infielder Kyle Branch followed with an RBI single of his own to make it 12-1.

Sophomore Texas A&M transfer Jason Bodin made his first appearance of the season working the seventh and final frame to close out the sweep.
