Big Weekend for Big Sooners in Big D
As we get deeper into the playoffs the matchups feature more and more elite talent. And this weekend in a few games in the Dallas metroplex we’ll get a look at host of Sooners offers. Oklahoma’s class of 2024 may be largely done both in recruiting and on the field but 2025 and even 2026 stars are
Richland vs. Forney @ Birdville Fine Arts/Athletic Complex
It’s entirely conceivable that this game could produce Oklahoma’s running back class in both 2025 and 2026. Richland boasts 2025 running back offer Michael Turner who is high on the Sooners and has made repeated trips up to Norman. Meanwhile Forney has 2026 superstar Javian Osborne who, tonight, has a chance to go over 3,000 career rushing yards as just a sophomore for the Jackrabbits.
The talented young back picked up an offer from the Sooners back in the summer.
Meanwhile, Turner is a multi-talented back with 1,574 rushing yards coming into the the game for undefeated Richland. He’s been a focus for the Sooners and has been to Norman twice since the summer.
Forney also is home to 2025 linebacker offer Kelvion Riggins as well as recent 2027 offensive line visitor Jordan Carraway. It’ll be our first look at Carraway but Riggins is a massive linebacker with considerable potential.
For Richland, also keep an eye on 2024 athlete Xavier Johnson.
North Crowley vs. Prosper @ The Star in Frisco
Prosper has one of the area’s best offensive lines with 2025 Oklahoma offer Connor Carty as well as 2024 target Tyler Mercer along with Texas Tech commitment Ellis Davis. Carty just picked up his Sooners offer a few weeks ago and it will be our first chance seeing him in person. Mercer hasn’t yet picked up his offer but there is buzz that it’s possible in the near future.

Early odds out on Bama vs. Auburn
What’s frightening? In the class of 2026 the Eagles have two more offensive linemen holding offers. Interior lineman Sean Stover and offensive tackle Zaden Krempin both hold power five offers and will be interesting to watch on Saturday.
North Crowley also has a prospect on the roster with a Sooners offer in 2026 offensive tackle John Turntine. He’s got a chance to be an elite prospect in the class and will be another big man we’ll be watching.
North Crowley has a number of other names to know including a trio of 2025 stars with power five interest. Running back Cornelius Warren and athlete Chris Jimerson. Perhaps none is more intriguing than outside linebacker Jonathan Cunningham.
