SoonerScoop Emergency Broadcast: Kevin Sperry coming to OKPreps
OU football quarterback commitment Kevin Sperry is going to be a lot closer to his future home, SoonerScoop.com learned Monday.
Sperry has left Prosper (Texas) Rock Hill and has transferred to Midwest City (Okla.) Carl Albert. Sperry is already practicing with the Titans.
Sperry, a four-star prospect for the 2025 class, is ranked No. 261 overall in the industry composite. However, he is No. 141 by On3.
The ranking really doesn’t matter because OU head coach Brent Venables and offensive coordinator Jeff Lebby are incredibly pumped to have Sperry leading the 2025 charge.
Sperry has shown the same type of excitement. He showed up and participated in all five of the on-campus elite camp days at OU in the last three weeks.
Nobody was worried about Sperry’s dedication and commitment to OU, but going to Carl Albert is definitely going to make things a lot easier for the staff and Sperry to continue to build that bond.
