Well, if you were waiting for OU football to make one of those moves, Wednesday morning was the day for you.

All the talk, all the wonder about who would be the OU general manager for football. There are splash hires, and then there’s Jim Nagy.

The Sooners are bringing Nagy to call the shots as the general manager. You cannot find one negative reaction to this blockbuster move. That’s a positive checkmark for head coach Brent Venables.
