What is Brent Venables looking for in his next OC? OU ties don't matter

OU is searching for its next offensive coordinator.  It might be a month or so before the Sooners find their next playcaller, but the search is still on. Oklahoma coach Brent Venables fired Seth Littrell on Sunday, elevating Joe Jon Finley as the playcaller on an interim basis. Venables is hopeful that Finley can give this offense a spark in the final five games.
