Clemson transfer CB Tavoy Feagin commits to Ole Miss
Clemson transfer cornerback Tavoy Feagin committed to Ole Miss out of the NCAA transfer portal, he told On3’s Hayes Fawcett on Wednesday. He will have four years of eligibility remaining.
The former four-star prospect played 11 defensive snaps over two games while redshirting in 2024.
It’s no secret that Ole Miss needed help in the secondary from what Lane Kiffin shared during press conferences. There were some key secondary players banged up in the spring that held some evaluations back, but Kiffin wanted to address it and Feagin is a strong start.
“There’s some injuries there with some guys not practicing,” Kiffin said in spring. “So, that’s part of the concern, too. There’s just not a lot of numbers there, and certainly not much experience playing. It’s just something we’ll have to work through and continue to push guys. Hopefully when these guys, a couple of guys, come back from injuries it’ll look better.”
Feagin played high school football at Tampa (Fla.) Carrollwood Day, where he was a four-star prospect. He was the No. 317 overall player and No. 30 cornerback in the 2024 recruiting cycle, according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.

Feagin tallied eight interceptions during his senior year at Carrollwood Day, the fourth-most in the state. For his efforts, he was selected to play in the Under Armour All-America Game.
