Condensed Game: Judkins returned home and helped tame Tigers in third straight Ole Miss win
Quinshon Judkins set a new single-season Ole Miss record for rushing yards as a true freshman last season.
However, he was slow out of the gates early on in his encore season.
But he’s rounded into form over the last few weeks, including a 124-yard performance on Saturday. Judkins, an Auburn, Alabama, native, returned home and led his Rebels to a 28-21 win.
Ole Miss improved to 6-1 (3-1 SEC) on the season with what was just its fourth-ever win at Auburn. Judkins is now tied for third in program history with 10 career 100-yard rushing games. He also scored a touchdown on his 21 carries to move into a tie for sixth all-time at Ole Miss in all-purpose scores. He’s in sole possession of fifth all-time in rushing touchdowns (23).

Ole Miss, defensively, held Auburn to just 275 offensive yards. The Rebels also limited Arkansas to 286 yards in a win two weeks ago. The Rebels, then, and for the first time since 2009, have kept consecutive SEC opponents to fewer than 300 yards of offense.
Auburn had 122 passing yards, the fewest for an SEC foe against Ole Miss since 2019.
Ole Miss picked up its fourth-ever win at Auburn, as well as its first since 2015 and second in 20 years. The Rebels have consecutive win over Auburn for the first time since 1951-52. They’re out to at least a 6-1 start for the third year in a row. That’s the best such streak since 1960-62.
