Jaxson Dart gifts teammates with custom Ole Miss Beats by Dre headphones as part of NIL deal
The regular season is a day old but Ole Miss players are celebrating in style thanks to quarterback Jaxson Dart.
Last week Dart revealed he was part of a NIL deal with Beats by Dre and on Monday he showed off one perk of that deal. He gifted all of his Rebel teammates a new pair of headphones to kick off the 2024 season.
For Dart it was another lucrative NIL deal to go with a handful of others. He signed on with the ‘Beats Elite’ campaign, which is going for a second straight year, and joined 10 other top college football players who signed on.
“I want you guys to know, you guys are all like family to me,” Dart said in a video released by Ole Miss on its social media accounts. “We got a special opportunity from Beats. I know all y’all like to rock out before games to get in the moment with some music. …Love y’all boys, man.”

‘Beats’ teamed with Learfield to secure intellectual property rights to allow university branding (logo, mascots, etc.) on the headphones and speaker designs.

Last week On3’s Pete Nakos spoke with The Ole Miss Spirit’s Zach Berry during an edition of “Talk of Champions” to provide further insight into Dart’s latest NIL deal.
“Beats comes back again, right? They had 15 players last year (and) 11 this year,” On3 NIL expert and national analyst Pete Nakos said.
“Jaxson Dart joins Shedeur Sanders and Johntay Cook, the Texas wide receiver with over 300,000 social media followers. Jalen Milroe, Caleb Downs, Riley Leonard. They’re all wearing team-branded headphones and their team-branded apparel.”
Milroe and Florida State’s DJ Uiagalelei also gifted their respective teammates with headphones ahead of Dart doing the same on Monday.
Dart also has deals with Dick’s Sporting Goods, which included filming a commercial, and with private airline company Nicholas Air.
