Jayden Williams has shaken things up along the Ole Miss offensive line.
A group that returned four battle-tested veterans and added a decorated transfer from Western Kentucky has quickly been remade through three weeks of practices due to the emergence of the fast-rising second-year stud at left tackle.
“I think that’s kind of been the best part (of camp) so far is we got a lot of really good depth and a lot of young talent,” Ole Miss veteran offensive lineman Nick Broeker said, in a previous interview with the Ole Miss Spirit.
“Jayden Williams has stepped up and played just phenomenal. So has Micah Pettus. They’ve both done a really good job. That’s been kind of the coolest thing is seeing a lot of the other guys step up besides (the starting) five.”
