Lane Kiffin stops in to see Mississippi 4-star OL Emanuel Tucker

New Albany (Miss.) four-star 2026 offensive tackle Emanuel Tucker is a top priority for the Ole Miss staff and head coach Lane Kiffin stopped in to see him Monday.
Tucker recently announced a top six that included Miami, Mississippi State, LSU, Texas A&M, Tennessee and Florida State, although Ole Miss, Florida and Auburn are continuing to capture his attention as well. He said Mississippi State is currently making the strongest effort to keep him in-state.
That could change as Kiffin makes his push for the blue-chip offensive tackle. Ole Miss offensive line coach John Garrison swung through New Albany earlier this month to see Tucker. Emanuel Tucker switched from defensive line to an offensive tackle this fall, and it paid off as colleges came calling.
At the next level, Tucker is drawing most of his recruiting looks as an offensive tackle. And he believes his strides at that position are moving in the right direction.

“I’m way better at offensive tackle this year,” Tucker said this fall. “Last year I tried it just a little bit last year and I played some tight end. But I’m way better now at offensive tackle and I know more about what I’m doing.”
Emanuel Tucker expects to make a decision next summer if he feels certain about where he wants to commit.
The 6-foot-7, 285 pound prospect is the country’s 257th-ranked recruit and the 24th-rated overall offensive tackle in the country, per On3.
