11/29/2024 04:29:38 PMThere was questionable time management by Kiffin as Ole Miss has nearly two minutes to work the ball down the field and try to get points with the knowledge it gets the ball to start the second half.
Instead, a holding call on Micah Pettus bumped the Rebels back 10 yards and Caden Davis misses from 54 yards out at the end of the half.

Bentley Breaks Free

He breaks free for the 89-yard touchdown run, getting into the secondary and not touched the rest of the way. Maybe that fires up Ole Miss.

11/29/2024 03:34:34 PMThe one thing Ole Miss did not need was a shootout to break out in the Egg Bowl. The Rebels needed to emphatically beat Mississippi State and currently that is not happening.
Van Buren converted another third and long and caps the drive with a 6-yard run. Suddenly one of the best defenses in the nation cannot contain one of the worst offenses.
