LOOK: USC transfers Jaxson Dart and Michael Trigg pose in Ole Miss uniforms

USC transfer quarterback Jaxson Dart, who announced his intentions to enter the NCAA transfer portal earlier this month, is seemingly down to deciding between Oklahoma and Ole Miss for his future college destination.
On Wednesday, Dart posted a collection of uniform pictures on Instagram with fellow former USC Trojan Michael Trigg. The two transfer targets for third-year Rebel head coach Lane Kiffin were in town last weekend for an official visit and have since posted images on their social media profiles with “#notcommitted” in the caption.

Trigg’s post was a graphic of him in a powder blue helmet and red jersey with the line “LIKE MIKE” superimposed next to him, seemingly a play on Gatorade’s 1991 “Be Like Mike” campaign.
Dart has yet to speak publicly on his transfer and he has been “savvy” enough to not play favorites and post both Ole Miss and Oklahoma-related content.
Former TCU now Ole Miss running back Zach Evans replied to Dart’s Instagram post of him and Trigg in Ole Miss uniforms with the comment “Sh*t be beautiful 💯,” seemingly indicating Evans would like to share an offensive huddle with Dart and Trigg in the fall.

Sources tell the Ole Miss Spirit Ole Miss feels confident about its current standing with both Dart and Trigg.
However, the two have yet to publicly commit. Classes for the spring semester have already started in Oxford.
Matt Corral has declared for the 2022 NFL Draft, so the Rebels are going into spring practice with now-sophomore Luke Altmyer as the only quarterback with game snaps under his belt. Kiffin and Ole Miss would like to add Dart to Charlie Weis, Jr.’s quarterback room to do battle with Altmyer heading into the spring.
On a similar note, Ole Miss’ offense struggled mightily at the tight end position with a banged up group who struggled to replicate the production of Kenny Yeboah from 2020. Trigg is certainly a player who could potentially add an explosive element to the Rebels offense in 2022.
The two are being recruited by Kiffin and tight ends coach John David Baker. Baker previously recruited Dart and Trigg to USC.
