Oklahoma State transfer pitcher Kyra Aycock has committed to Ole Miss Softball, she announced on Instagram on Wednesday.

This season, Aycock appeared in just 13 games and 22.3 innings for Oklahoma State. She finished with a 5.64 ERA, a 2.37 WHIP and struck out just 12 batters.

2025 was a bit of a step back for the new Rebel, who started her career by being one of the instant impact freshmen as Oklahoma State advanced to the College World Series in 2023 and 2024.

As a sophomore, she appeared in 75.3 innings with 20 appearances. She finished the 2024 season with a 3.62 ERA and 47 strikeouts.

During her freshman season, she became OSU’s first true freshman since 2016 to take home Big 12 Player of the Week honors along with earning a spot on the 2023 Big 12’s All-Freshman team.

Appearing in 26 games during that season, she pitched in 95 innings, striking out 65 hitters, with a .264 batting average against, and posting a 2.51 ERA.

The Ole Miss softball program broke through this season with its first trip to Oklahoma City and the Women’s College World Series. After getting through the Tucson Regional as the 2 Seed then beating No. 4 National Seed Arkansas in three games the Rebels experienced their first taste of playing for the national championship. The Rebels fell short though in Oklahoma City.

Here’s a look at the full list of departures and additions for Ole Miss Softball.
