Ole Miss baseball announces start times for all 2023 home games
Baseball season is five weeks away and Ole Miss is set to defend its 2022 National Championship with some lofty expectations for its 2023 campaign.
Fans knows Ole Miss starts the season on Feb. 17, hosting Delaware for its opening weekend series. On Tuesday the team announced what time every home game of 2023 will begin.
The Rebels will host the Fightin’ Blue Hens at 4 p.m. CT on Feb. 17 followed by games at 1:30 p.m. on Feb. 18 and close out the series at Noon on Feb. 19.
There are 33 games at Oxford-University Stadium on the schedule for this season. Other key non-conference games for Ole Miss include the first of two rematches of last year’s Hattiesburg Super Regional. The Rebels host Southern Mississippi on March 7 at 6:30 p.m. CT.
After playing at Memphis on April 4 Ole Miss will host the Tigers a week later on April 11 at 6:30 p.m. The annual ‘Kid’s Day’ game will be on May 2 against Little Rock at 11 a.m. CT.
Southeastern Conference play opens on March 16 for Ole Miss when it travels to Vanderbilt, but its first home SEC series is set for the following week against Florida.

The Rebels and Gators will play March 24-26 with game times of 6:30 p.m, two 1:30 p.m. first pitches.
Ole Miss is once again considered a strong team for 2023 with key returners from the championship squad.
Anchored by sophomore pitcher Hunter Elliott, who expected to be Ole Miss’ Friday starter, and junior shortstop Jacob Gonzalez the Rebels have plenty of experience coming back.
The two Preseason All-American Rebels also have second baseman Peyton Chatagnier and presumed starting outfielder Kemp Aldmerman returning to the lineup.
Ole Miss’ pitching staff took a hit in the fall after Josh Mallitz had to undergo Tommy John Surgery, creating a major void in the back end of the bullpen.
