Last week, Slajchert was named to the All-Ivy second team after leading Penn in scoring for the 2023-2024 season. He also became the 43rd player in program history to score 1,000 points. He will now try to find a home for his final year of collegiate eligibility which he cannot use at Penn due to the Ivy League’s policy prohibiting graduate students from participating in athletics.

Clark Slajchert was a key cog for Penn’s backcourt throughout his career.

As a senior at Oak Park (Calif.), he led the team to a 27-3 record and scored 2,833 points. This was good enough for second in Ventura County history and 17th in California history. Oak Park went 89-30 during his four years. He led the state in scoring (31.0 points per game) and was named CCL Player of the Year as a senior.
