Ole Miss joins chase for Omaha small forward Frankie Fidler
On3’s Joe Tipton reported Tuesday Ole Miss and head coach Chris Beard have contacted Omaha small forward Frankie Fidler. The Rebels are joined by Alabama, Indiana, Nebraska, Georgetown and Arizona State, per Tipton. Last season, Fidler averaged 20.1 points, 6.3 rebounds, and 2.6 assists per game.
The list is sure to grow as Fidler is one of the most productive and explosive scorers in the country. His frame allows him to play one-through-four on the floor. The 6-foot-7, 217 pound prospect started every game for Omaha in 2023-2024, leading the team in nearly every category.
