Ole Miss finishes No. 11 in final AP Poll, tees up another highly-ranked Rebels team
Ole Miss ranked No. 11 in the final AP Poll of the 2024 season, teeing up the Rebels to be highly-ranked coming into 2025. Lane Kiffin’s team dominated Duke in the Gator Bowl to finish the 2024 season at 10-3 overall and 5-3 in SEC play.
Ole Miss notched back-to-back 10-win seasons for just the second time in school history and have won 10 games in three of the last four seasons under Kiffin.
“Exciting day for Ole Miss, for the players, for the fans. That’s a really good team that we played, a team that won nine games, had one of the best defenses statistically in the country,” Kiffin said of Ole Miss’ Gator Bowl win. “Proud of the way that they played. We screwed up with the fake field goal early, but outside of that, just completely dominated a nine-win team on offense and defense in the game. That was great to see.”
Ole Miss is +2,300 for its National Championship odds in the 2025 season, putting Kiffin’s team right in the early conversation to win it all next season.
