Daytime Fireworks: Ole Miss run game looks to get going against Georgia Tech + Week 3 preview
The Associated Press’ David Brandt makes his weekly appearance on “Daytime Fireworks” as we recap Ole Miss/Tulane and look ahead to Week 3. The Rebels will look to get Quinshon Judkins going after two weeks of struggles. The Yellow Jackets on the other hand are going to do their damndest to stop the run after giving up 200+ to Louisville two weeks ago.
Jaxson Dart was phenomenal last week, willing Ole Miss to a 30-3 run in the second half in New Orleans. Despite losing Tre Harris to injury, wide receivers Dayton Wade and Jordan Watkins showed up and Michael Trigg hauled in a big touchdown on fourth down.
But now the focus is on handling the ACC foe and preparing for another road trip to Alabama. Speaking of the Crimson Tide, Nick Saban and Co. look to rebound against South Florida after losing to Texas. Brandt and I take a look at this one and the other SEC games for Week 3.
