Ole Miss football announces date for 2022 Grove Bowl
The cap to Ole Miss football’s spring practices is the annual Grove Bowl and the 2022 edition now has a date.
The program announced on Wednesday that this year’s Grove Bowl will take place on April 23 inside Vaught-Hemingway Stadium at Noon CT.
In addition to the Grove Bowl, that weekend is shaping up to be a big Ole Miss sports weekend as the baseball team hosts rival Mississippi State for a three-game series starting on April 21 and concludes.
This will be head coach Lane Kiffin’s second Grove Bowl after the 2020 game was canceled. The annual spring scrimmage will also mark the first time fans can see quarterback Jaxson Dart, tight end Micheal Trigg, running back Zach Evans and the rest of the new Rebels in action.
