Ole Miss reloads at tight end, adds Luke Hasz from Arkansas
It didn’t take long for the Rebels to reload offensively. Arkansas tight end Luke Hasz committed to Ole Miss Saturday after arriving for his official visit Friday. He was supposed to visit Alabama after leaving Oxford, Miss. Now, it looks like he has shut things down.
The sophomore caught 26 passes for 324 yards and four touchdowns in 2024, finishing third on the team in receptions and leading the Razorbacks in touchdown catches. He is the No. 2-ranked tight end in the NCAA Transfer Portal, per On3.
Hasz signed with Arkansas as a four-star prospect and the No. 12 tight end in the country in the class of 2023, per the On3 Industry rankings. He entered the transfer portal last weekend.

Ole Miss must replace Caden Prieskorn in 2025. Dae’Quan Wright is back next year and now Luke Hasz is in the mix.
Hasz was a lethal weapon downfield for the Razorbacks in his two years. In 17 games, the 6-foot-3, 240 pound made 42 receptions for 577 yards and seven touchdowns. He visited LSU earlier this week and Alabama on Thursday.
Hasz was a three-sport performer (football, basketball and track) for one at one of the top high schools in Oklahoma. He racked up more than 1,000 yards receiving and 11 touchdowns during his sophomore and junior seasons. As a senior, he tallied 35 receptions for 597 yards (17.1 yards per catch) and nine touchdowns.
