2026 4-star WR DJ Williams has arrived at Ole Miss
2026 Carrollwood Day (Fla.) wide receiver DJ Williams wasted little time getting back on the road after the dead period ended. The four-star prospect arrived at Ole Miss Wednesday and will start an unofficial visit Thursday.
According to the On3 Industry Ranking, Williams is the No. 302 overall player, No. 45 wide receiver in the nation and No. 56 prospect in Florida.
The 6-foot-1, 160 pound wideout holds early notable offers from Florida State, Miami, South Carolina, UCF, Notre Dame and Texas.
Ole Miss running backs coach Kevin Smith is DJ Williams’ primary recruiter.
Smith, a Florida native, has a lot of ties in the Sunshine State. He demands a lot of respect due to his illustrious career at UCF. Williams will make his first trip to Ole Miss and is keen on meeting with new wide receivers coach, George McDonald.

Williams will head to Coral Gables after he finishes at Ole Miss. This will be his second unofficial visit with Miami. He told On3’s Stephen Wagner distance isn’t a factor but he wants to be relatively close so his parents can watch him play in college.
The junior prospect has also connected well with Notre Dame.
On3’s Mike Singer spoke with him earlier this year about his recent trip to South Bend, Ind.
“I’m truly connecting with Coach [Mike] Mickens and Coach [Al] Golden — and even Coach [Marcus] Freeman,” said Williams. “I absolutely love them. They’re straightforward and they really like me. They don’t sugarcoat anything with me, and they’re always honest.”
